Yes, we use a kiwi bird for our wool dryer balls.
Our wool dryer balls come from sheep, of course. Not from super cute flightless birds with overly large beaks. Trying to woll from kiwi birds would just be silly. Wool is the original super fiber. It’s sustainable. It’s renewable. It’s biodegradable. It’s Good for our planet.
And the strong, most durable wool in the world comes from New Zealand. Wool durable enough that New Sealanders have turned it into shoes, surfboards (seriously, look it up on the interwebs, it’s amazing) and wool dryer balls.
At BeWondrous, we love sustainable, renewable, and innovative products that people can use as replacements for normal household products (like dryer sheets) that aren’t as good for our planet.
And since the kiwi bird is the icon of New Zealand, in honor of our innovative, earth-friendly New Zealand friends and their wonderful wool, we put a kiki bird on our wool dryer balls.

Satisfied with purchase. Would recommend!
Exactly as advertised. I’ve used dryer balls in the past and went back to dryer sheets. Tried this out because of a recommendation and after using them a few times, it has cut down the drying time in half and haven’t needed to use fabric softener.

Cuts drying time in half
I love how these dryer balls help me save money by cutting the drying time in half. They’re soft and I can add essential oils if I want my clothes to smell better, as opposed to using dryer sheets.

I'm very happy. The wool balls have a nice feel
I'm happy with my purchase. The balls are working well in my dryer and they seem to be holding up well in terms of wear/sturdiness.
